WEEKEND CHECK LIST
FRIDAY
Come to the theatre for 4pm dressed in your own clothes, no need for special hair and make-up
The entire cast will learn the “Curtain Call” at 4pm
We will start on time. We will not wait for late comers
We will then walk through the show in order of appearance
As soon as you have practiced your last piece on stage you can be dismissed from the theatre
SATURDAY
Come to the theatre for 2pm dressed in the costume that you wear first in the show
Have your hair and make-up done, as per the instructions on the letter that went home with your garment bag (photographs will be taken at the DR)
Bring the rest of your costumes to the theatre
Bring all tights and dance shoes with you
Bring some of your own clothes to change into at the end of the rehearsal
We will start on time. We will not wait to late comers
We will run the show in order
Everyone must stay until the end of the rehearsal, so that we can practice the Curtain Call
Get changed into your own clothes to go home
Leave all of your costumes, tights, dance shoes at the the theatre TIDY, except for the very first one that you wear in the show (you will come to the theatre on Sunday dressed in it.)
SUNDAY
Come to the theatre for 6pm dressed in the costume that you wear first in the show
Have your hair and make-up done, as per the instructions on the letter that went home with your garment bag (video will be taken at the performance)
Bring some of your own clothes to change into at the end of the show
We will start on time. We will not wait to late comers
Everyone should meet on the stage (behind the curtain) at 6.30pm for a “warm up” with Mrs Niki & Miss. Pam
Performance starts at 7pm
After the show leave ALL COSTUMES AT THE THEATRE FOR LAUNDERING
Absolutely no costumes should leave the theatre
