Broadway Workout

A fun dance fitness experience that fuses the magic of Broadway with cardio and strength training to give you a full-body workout! Featuring hit songs such as "One" (A Chorus Line), "Hand Jive" (Grease), "Bend and Snap" (Legally Blonde), "You Can’t Stop the Beat" (Hairspray), and many more. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

Kettlebell Challenge

We will warm up and cool down our entire body either side of a fun, challenging kettlebell circuit class that targets the entire body to strengthen, refine and tone.

Hiit!

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue.

HIIT workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition as well as improved glucose metabolism and significant reductions in the fat mass of the whole-body.

Supplestrength classes aim to lengthen & strengthen as we explore exercises that focus on posture, core stability and body alignment. Supple Strength blends elements of Yoga, Pilates, Horton Dance Technique and body conditioning to build a challenging holistic workout.

Cardio Dance

Your feet won’t stop moving in this high energy class designed to make you sweat and burn calories. We build choreography gradually using clever add on sequencing which enables you to keep your heart rate pumping whilst dancing. We’ll breakdown complex routines into bite size pieces so that anyone can do them.
All that and we set it to some banging tunes! Come and dance your butt off!

Tap

Master the different steps and rhythms of tap dancing. The class will include a warm up introducing and practicing tap steps and phrases, followed by choreography to a new number each term.

Ballet/Barre Workout

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, strength training and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.

Supplestrengh

SuppleStrength aims to optimize human performance by working on mobility, flexibility, strength and balance. You will recognise exercises from various genres such as yoga, fitness, pilates and dance classes.

Students are required to complete a Registration Form before the start of each term
